Well-being... The dictionary defines this term as the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy. The year of 2020, one could argue, has disrupted one, if not more than one of these categories. Well-being could be a balance of all three. Regardless, one's wellness and well-being is very important. Yale University is offering a free course called 'The Science of Well-Being'. It is said that participants will gain skills in happiness, savoring, meditation and gratitude.
