Easy Homemade Chocolate Ice-Cream, No Ice Cream Maker Needed

3/4 cup of Cocoa powder, sifted
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed of dark brown sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 cup of whole milk
2 cups of heavy cream
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
In a medium bowl whisk together the cocoa, sugars and salt.
Add the milk and beat using a hand mixer on low speed or whisk, until the sugars, cocoa, and salt are dissolved.
Stir or whisk in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture in a "freezer-safe" container, cover and freeze over night
After freezing overnight, remove from freezer and enjoy with your favorite topping (as shown in the pic - honey was drizzled on top).
