Roasted Beets and Turkey Bacon Salad

Ingredients:

- a handful of baby spinach leaves

- romaine lettuce mix

- gourmet medley tomatoes

- a red onion

- basil vinaigrette dressing

- roasted golden beets

- turkey bacon

Roasted golden beets directions: wash the beets, cut the ends off, preheat the oven 375 degrees, place on foil and leave in oven for 60 minutes. After, let the beets cool and only peel off skin for the beets that you are using for the salad. Cut as desired and serve.
